2.2 You shall not modify, copy, distribute, display, rent, transfer, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any content from LINGX AI without obtaining explicit authorization from LINGX AI or the relevant rights holders.

3. Disclaimer

3.1 You understand and agree that LINGX AI does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the results obtained from using the service.

3.2 LINGX AI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your violation of this Agreement or use of the service.

4. Termination

4.1 LINGX AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services to you at any time, or restrict your access to the service, without prior notice or liability.

4.2 You may stop using LINGX AI at any time and request the deletion of data related to your personal information.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and shall be interpreted and applied jointly by LINGX AI and you.

5.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Information Deletion

Subject to applicable laws and regulations and upon verification of your identity, you can request the deletion of your information. You can delete your account’s Q&A history by clicking [Conversation– More — Right-click Delete].

In the following situations, you can request us to delete your personal information by contacting us anytime at gpt.support@lingx.ai:

– If we collect, use, share with others or transfer your personal information in violation of laws or agreements with you;

– If we disclose your personal information publicly in violation of laws or agreements with you, you have the right to demand that we immediately stop such disclosure and issue a notice requesting relevant recipients to delete the corresponding information.

– We will respond within 7 working days. Once a deletion request is addressed, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized and removed upon system update.

Account Cancellation

Subject to applicable laws and regulations and upon verification of your identity, you may contact the administrator of your organization or us at any time to cancel your account.
